Opt-in and Opt-out Information
WhatsApp Consent
When you initiate contact with Altimist via WhatsApp or provide your phone number with explicit consent, you are opting-in to receive customer-support and transactional messages through WhatsApp Business.
By choosing WhatsApp you acknowledge that:
- Altimist Ltd will store your phone number and message content.
- Your messages will be used solely for support and transactional updates.
- Message history may be retained for up to 24 months.
- You can withdraw consent at any time (see below).
Messages You Will Receive
Through WhatsApp Business you will only receive:
- Customer Support: replies to your questions
- Transaction Updates: purchase / transfer confirmations
- Account Notifications: important info about your account
- Security Alerts: critical access or security notices
We do not send marketing or promotional messages via WhatsApp unless you have explicitly opted-in.
How to Opt Out
You may opt-out at any time using one of these methods:
Reply “STOP”
Reply with the word STOP (not case-sensitive) to any WhatsApp message from us. Opt-out is immediate.
Contact Support
Email customercare@altimist.com with subject “WhatsApp Opt-Out” and include your phone number, or text +44 7507 204138.
After opting-out you will receive a confirmation message and no further WhatsApp communication from Altimist. You can opt back-in at any time by contacting support.

It is a separate legal entity from Altimist Capital Ltd (company no. 15761023), a proprietary trading firm registered at the same address; the two companies share a brand name and nothing else. Altimist Ltd provides concierge services only. It does not provide financial, investment or trading services, does not sell goods, currency or financial products over WhatsApp, and operates no product catalogue and no payment facility on this channel.
Your Privacy
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Your number will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
